Khamosh! Adalat Zaari Hai, a classic play by Vijay Tendulkar was presented by TAG of Barry John on 25th September, 1999 at Nehru Sidhant Kender as a part of the series of cultural performances organized by LSS.
It was a unique theatrical experience for the drama lovers of Ludhiana. N. Kumar’s deft direction and moving performance by the actors had the audience spellbound throughout the play. The clever juxtaposition of the comic and the serious, the moral and the savage aspects had the audience fully engrossed. The play succeeded in bringing the audience face to face with the violence and sexual compulsions underlying the value system of the contemporary society.
The presentation was widely appreciated and reported in the media alongwith the personal views and inputs from the Director and the actors in local dailies.
